Ordering and Design Process

SHOULD I ORDER A SAMPLE?
Before making an order, we recommend purchasing the sample/s you are considering for your invitations. Samples give you an idea of the quality of our card stock and print, and allows you to see first-hand the true colour since onscreen colours are not always reliable. In this way you can be confident about what you are getting.

HOW DO I ORDER FOR MY INVITATIONS?
Contact us for a quote by telling us the design you would like, the type of cards, quantity, etc. Once you are happy with the quote and ready to order, a 50% deposit is required to proceed with the design.  

WHAT IS THE DESIGN PROCESS?
Once the deposit and wording are received, we will work diligently on your proofs. Each proof will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Three rounds of revisions are included and any extra revision after will cost $25 per revision. Nothing is printed until we have your final proof approval. Your balance will be due after proof approval and before printing begins. NOTE: Please make sure you double and triple check the dates, grammar and spelling before final approval. There are no refunds or free reprints after the final approved design has gone to print.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRINT?
An invite with digital colour print takes one week and with hot foil, two weeks (this includes preflighting, digital printing, plate making, gold foiling and multiple quality checks). Shipping time normally takes 4-6 business days, however due to the impact of COVID-19, the standard delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Our minimum order is 30 sets. An increase in your quantity will usually bring down the cost per set.

HOW MANY SPARE INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER?
We recommend ordering an extra 10 – 15 invitations to cater for last minute additions, as reprints of small quantities can be very costly.

Design Customisation

CAN I CUSTOMISE THE COLOUR?
Yes, we certainly can. Because we print in digital colour, we are able to print in a wide range of colours. However, colours can vary between devices. We are not responsible or held liable for any colour that may vary from screen to print, print to print and stock to stock.

WHAT CARD STOCKS DO YOU HAVE?
Our card stock includes 350gsm White Matt-laminated with a silky smooth matt finish, 310gsm Uncoated Ivory for that natural feel and look and 280gsm White Pearlescent for a beautiful pearly sheen.

WHAT ENVELOPE COLOURS DO YOU HAVE?
We have a variety of envelopes including white, blush, cream, grey, black, sage green, navy, pale blue and recycled kraft. White envelopes are complimentary. Coloured envelopes are an additional cost. 

CAN I ADD OR TAKE OFF EMBELLISHMENTS SUCH AS HOT FOIL, ENVELOPE LINERS ETC TO AN EXISTING DESIGN?
Yes you can. We can further customise your invitation suite with any of our add-ons such as hot foil, envelope liner and seals. For more information, view our Add-on page. Similarly, we can also take out embellishments e.g. replace hot foil with just digital printing from an existing design.

CAN YOU PRINT GUEST NAMES ON ENVELOPES AND CARDS?
Currently we do not provide guest name printing on envelopes or cards. However, we are considering it in the near future.

CAN YOU CREATE MATCHING ON-THE-DAY STATIONERIES?
Yes! For all our invitation designs, we offer matching on-the-day stationeries including menu cards, table numbers and seating signages. We also provide thank you cards.

DO YOU OFFER BESPOKE DESIGN SERVICE?
Yes we do. We offer a bespoke design service for couples that are after something truly unique that tells their story. If this is something you wish to have, please contact us to explore whether this service is right for you.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we certainly do. We work with clients from all around the world.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY?
Our printers are based in Taiwan and we ship internationally. We use EMS (Express Mail Service), which usually takes 4-6 business days. In some occasions customs can prolong delivery, so please be patient while it's on its way. Update: Due to the impact of Coronavirus, the standard delivery time cannot be guaranteed. We cannot give you an estimation of arrival.

Impact of COVID-19

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY WEDDING DATE DUE TO COVID-19?
We understand the stress couples are facing while organising their wedding during these uncertain times. To help, we are offering Complimentary Postponement E-notice to all our customers who order our printed invitations. In case of an emergency with the need to reschedule your wedding date, we've got it covered.

WILL MY DELIVERY BE IMPACTED BY COVID-19?
Due to the impact of Coronavirus, the standard delivery time cannot be guaranteed. We cannot give you an estimation of arrival.
